Phil Hellmuth, a professional poker player holding the record for the most World Series of Poker wins (17), has signed a deal with Rush Street Interactive. The BetRivers brand announced the deal on Monday this week, welcoming Hellmuth as brand ambassador for its online casino and sports betting brand.

Hellmuth, who BetRivers described as a “bigger than life personality,” acknowledged the deal with a simple post on X:

According to the BetRivers announcement, Helmuth will deliver “a variety of exciting and exclusive player experiences and entertainment” across River Sreet’s different channels. This will also include the brand’s media-owned productions, such as the BetRivers Network and Poker Night in America.

Among the highlights of the partnership, BetRivers mentioned in-app promotions, interactive entertainment, VIP events and experiences, brick-and-mortar activations, BetRivers network collaboration, and BetRivers online poker promotions, including dedicated tournaments and branded content.

Richard Schwartz, CEO of Rush Street, called Hellmuth “a living legend whose influence extends far beyond the poker table to all gamblers.” He added: “Phil’s unmatched passion, dynamic personality, and flair for entertainment make him the perfect ambassador as we continue to expand our offerings and elevate player experiences across our platforms.”

Hellmuth described it as “an exciting new chapter” for him, while praising the “moxie, will, and determination” of his new partner.
